  • What is the referral criteria?

If your client identifies as a woman and has a confirmed job interview, you can refer her to Smart Works. We help women prepare for interviews for paid jobs, apprenticeships, work placements, and informal interviews.

  • I don't have an interview; can you still help?

Yes, we can. For those who do not have a confirmed interview, we can also offer support on their next steps with a bespoke coaching service. This acts as an introductory session to Smart Works Scotland. Once you have a confirmed interview in place, we welcome you back to experience our other services.

  • Can clients call you directly to refer themselves for your service?

We do recognise that our clients sometimes are given very short notice and they might not have enough time to be referred via their employment advisor. We operate on a short turn around basis and will always try our best to offer a client our support.

If you are unsure then just give us a call and our team will do their best to help you.

  • How do I book in for a second dressing appointment?
